1. No Returns

All products sold on QuickShops are final sale items. Once an order has been placed and delivered, it cannot be returned under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong selection of product

  • Unwanted gift

2. No Refunds

We maintain a strict no-refund policy. Payments once made are non-refundable, except in the rare case of:

  • Non-delivery of the product

  • Wrong product delivered (different from the order placed)

In such cases, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with order details and proof (images/video). QuickShops reserves the right to review and resolve such concerns on a case-by-case basis.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

  • In case of a failed transaction where money is deducted but the order is not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
